Virginia passed a bill to Require a driver's license and insurance to operate a horse-and-buggy on public roads and other silly state laws. Press release from the Libertarian Party.> Yesterday, someone cellmailed me and asked about the expense of receiving mail on my phone. My cellphone is a Nextel, and Nextel only charges a flat rate for incoming messages. One of the candidates for the Massachussetts Senate, Jack E. Robinson, III, published an 11-page report disclosing all of the things he's not proud of doing over the years. I have archived a copy here, in case the real url dies (as it has done repeatedly over the last few days).
