Balloon pilot Ian Ashpole either has balls, or is completely looney.Over the weekend, he broke the world record for the highest flight attached to 600 toy balloons. He broke his own record of 10,000 feet by reaching 11,000 feet before cutting the ties and parachuting to the ground.
