As the number of Googlewhacks is trully limited to some finite number, and as more and more people become interested in the craft, the likelyhood that all Googlewhacks would soon be found became real. Converting the definition of a Googlewhack from three words to two, could increase the number of whacks available and reduce their sudden shortage, they thought. Immediate action was needed, so without the consultation or consent of the Knights, the High Wizards changed the rules, and through their magic changed any rule that had ever been published in the past to reflect this new number of words.
