Watering rules won't get stricter for now: "Georgia State Environmental Protection Division director Harold Reheis had said the restrictions might be tightened this month, in recognition of the drought now entering its fifth year in Georgia and much of the East. Instead, the same rules apply: Outdoor watering is allowed only every other day."
