Bush pressured on Mexico's water debt: "U.S. Reps. Solomon Ortiz and Ciro Rodriguez renewed their attacks Thursday on the Bush administration for failing to persuade Mexican President Vicente Fox to force his country to repay a water debt to the United States. The Democratic congressman, both of whom represent the Lower Rio Grande Valley, echoed the angry reaction of the South Texas agricultural community to Fox's failure to begin paying back the 10-year-old water debt. The debt will amount to about 456 billion gallons by October."
