The Education Services Representative serves as the main contact for follow-up of the teachers involved in Resource Action Programs. These activities are defined as verifying shipment of product to teachers, establishing self as main teacher contact once sale has been made, establishing implementation date of Program, and informing teacher of further follow-up. The Representative is responsible for maintaining professional contact with the teacher via telephone, fax, and e-mail correspondence until the Program results are received. Additional duties include maintaining proper notes in RAP databases, and updating Supervisor of any issues that may arise during the Program. Production of RAP materials is also required of each Representative during the duration of each Program."
