Assistant Program Coordinator

Job Description:

  • Preparation of requested correspondence, reports, updates, and answers to questions from clients.
  • Assistance with proposal preparation.
  • Sales responsibilities as assigned by Program Coordinator.
  • Assist with staff training, collections, grant writing, awards applications, etc.
  • Conduct mailings and other marketing functions for RAP Sales Staff

    Job Requirements:

  • Sales / Customer service experience required
  • College graduate with a degree in Communications is preferred
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Strong writing skills, possibly including previous proposal skills
