Yahoo to buy Inktomi for $235 million: "Shares of Inktomi (INKT) are flying 53 cents, or 45 percent higher, to $1.70 in pre-open trading after Yahoo (YHOO) announced an agreement to buy the Internet search provider for $235 million, or $1.65 a share in cash."
