AOL is blocking Trillian users again, so I'm stuck using this stupid AOL Instant Messenger client. If AOL would add just one feature, I'd be happy. When I receive messages, I don't want windows to pop up. I've sent too many half sentences to the wrong party. (If AOL added logging, that'd be nice too.)

I was so excited to hear David Weinberger on NPR yesterday. Why? I read his blog everyday, and the little he said on the air I'd heard before. Why was I so excited? Because I let the medium determine the value of the messsage. Would I have been more excited to SEE him television? Probably. Bad me. The message has value. The medium just helps it to move along.
